About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Co-Op supports our North American HR team by managing administrative tasks and operational processes. You will assist in building our talent engine while providing service to internal hiring managers and external candidates. This is a full-time position for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist the Recruiter with sourcing and basic screening of job applicants.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Audit hire trackers for accuracy using MS Excel.
- Work with HR Operations to support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment projects and team needs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Ability to work full-time from January 2027 through June 2027.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Majors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Communications are preferred.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Pay: $28 per hour.
