About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Summer 2027 internship for students interested in the audit process. You will report to a manager and gain hands-on experience by working on various accounting projects.
What you'll do#
- Learn the employee benefit audit process.
- Analyze, prepare, and test key elements of client financial statements.
- Select samples for auditing employee benefit plans.
- Assist with general accounting needs and various accounting projects.
What you'll need#
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status currently enrolled in an accounting, cost accounting, or auditing program.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.
- Interest in pursuing CPA credentials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Integrity, a bias for action, and a focus on problem-solving.

- Locations: Naperville, IL; Brookfield, WI; East Peoria, IL.
- Modality: Hybrid or remote.
- Compensation: $29 to $30 per hour.
