About the role#
This co-op position supports the Americas HR practice. You will assist the HR Business Partner Team with administrative tasks and operational projects. This is a full-time, paid role based in Boston. It is open to students in an Undergraduate or Masters program for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Verify information from various sources to ensure accurate data entry and maintain clean records.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to career management, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
- Track staff skill development requests and monitor ongoing training needs.
- Generate reports for learning and development programs and performance management cycles.
- Support the HR team with special projects designed to improve internal process resources.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not provided).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
