How to get in at ProcDNA
Applying early is a distinct advantage at ProcDNA, as recruiters review applications before the candidate pool grows too large. Intern Insider sends an instant alert the moment a role matching your target is published, helping you get your materials in among the first. This timing often determines whether your resume receives a thorough review or gets lost in a high volume of submissions. You can use this lead time to refine your application to match the specific technical needs of the firm. Reaching out to the right people often yields better results than submitting to a general queue. Intern Insider surfaces the recruiters behind ProcDNA roles, allowing you to contact them directly to ask about the position or request a referral. A direct message to a recruiter can materially improve your response rate compared to a cold application. Approaching the process this way shows you have done your homework and are genuinely interested in the firm.
