About the role#
This position is for a Pharmacy Student at a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart in North Vancouver. You will gain practical experience in a community pharmacy setting, focusing on patient care and retail pharmacy operations. This role is designed to supplement your academic studies with real-world training.
What you'll do#
- Greet customers as they approach the pharmacy.
- Manage retail pharmacy operations.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and manage consent according to privacy requirements.
- Ensure you are clearly identifiable to the public while on duty.
- Learn about drug therapy, disease state management, and OTC products.

- Current enrollment in pharmacy studies.
