About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Electrical Engineering Co-op program starting in June 2027. You will join our engineering team to work on autonomous aircraft development. You will be paired with a senior engineer who will provide mentorship and technical guidance. This role offers hands-on experience in hardware development and testing.
What you'll do#
- Design circuit boards featuring analog, digital, mixed signal, and high speed circuits.
- Design, simulate, and verify high voltage power electronics, including DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters.
- Bring-up and validate new Avionics systems.
- Identify bugs and drive necessary changes to fix them.
- Build test racks to deliver fully automated test coverage for flight critical sub-systems.
- Take ownership of a project tailored to your start date, duration, and location.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least the 2nd year of an Electrical Engineering degree.
- Strong technical fundamentals.
- Experience with electrical design software such as Altium or KiCAD.
- Experience using laboratory equipment like an oscilloscope.
- A demonstrated history of project ownership and delivering results.
- Experience working within an engineering team or club.

- This is an on-site position.
- Locations include Dallas, Texas; San Diego, California; Boston, Massachusetts; and Seattle, Washington.
- The program term is Summer 2027.
