About the role#
We are looking for a Tax Intern to join our corporate tax department. This position provides exposure to tax compliance and audit processes within a manufacturing environment. You will work on-site at our Dalton facility, supporting our team with daily tax operations and data management.
What you'll do#
- Assist the tax department with various projects using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Access.
- Help with income tax and sales tax compliance tasks.
- Retrieve data to support tax audits.
- Communicate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to gather documentation and track project progress.
- Update log files and handle other administrative tax duties as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and project tracking.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal staff.
- Ability to learn and apply new processes quickly.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship on a rolling basis.
