About the role#
The Advisory Blue Co-op position joins our Advisory team to work on client engagements. You will work across various security domains including identity, data, endpoint, network, and application security. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of security tool sets and client organizations.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to client engagements covering identity, data, endpoint, network, and application security.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement security strategy and architecture.
- Gather requirements and assist in the development of security strategy for clients.
- Document your work in formal reports and present findings to management.
- Stay current on information security trends, tools, and methodologies.
What you'll need#
- An in-progress or completed formal cybersecurity training program, undergraduate degree, or cybersecurity certification.
- Knowledge of incident investigation, forensics, and advanced threat controls.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project schedules and client needs.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid co-op position.
- The role is based on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Rochester, New York.
- You are expected to work in the office 4-5 days per week.
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
