About the role#
The Sales Coordinator role offers hands-on experience within our Sales and Operations teams. You will support daily sales and marketing activities while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle. This position is based in our downtown Calgary office and focuses on developing your business, communication, and organizational skills.
What you'll do#
- Assist in coordinating sales team activities, including managing schedules, documents, and communications.
- Support the planning and organization of industry events, workshops, and client engagement sessions.
- Prepare and review sales-related materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain records, reports, and customer engagement summaries.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and prepare promotional materials.
- Participate in organizing Lunch & Learn sessions.
- Gain exposure to market and competitor research.
- Provide general administrative support, such as tracking inquiries and filing documents.
- Learn and promote our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary program, specifically in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A commitment to safety and professional conduct.
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada.
