About the role#
The Sales Intern will work directly with the Sales & Service team to engage with fans, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for ticket sales. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional sports environment, focusing on both the sales and service aspects of the organization. The internship runs from September 2026 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Sell group tickets and season ticket memberships for the 26-27 season.
- Assist with the fulfillment of group tickets and earned incentives.
- Help execute member events.
- Support the implementation, distribution, and reporting of FEVO offers.
- Contribute ideas and support for streamlining internal tech stack processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present new ideas.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and complete tasks independently.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to follow directions from start to finish.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- A high degree of personal integrity.
Location & details#
- Location: Seattle, Washington.
- Modality: On-site at the Kraken Community Iceplex.
- Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Status: Paid, part-time internship.
