About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student position based in Melfort, Saskatchewan. The role involves managing produce inventory and maintaining high standards for product presentation and quality.
What you'll do#
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness.
- Trim, wash, cull, and prepare produce for sale.
- Monitor product quality and perform quality policing.
- Create displays and handle price marketing.
- Receive, examine, and warehouse incoming products.
- Perform value-added cutting and other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work effectively with co-workers and the public.
- High communication skills.
- Energetic and upbeat nature.
- Must be trustworthy and bondable.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Pursuing studies in Agriculture is preferred.
