About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student position based in Melfort, Saskatchewan. The role involves maintaining high standards for product display and customer service within the deli department.
What you'll do#
- Provide courteous service to all customers.
- Prepare, wrap, price, and stock products as assigned.
- Maintain and display meat products according to established standards.
- Assist in the preparation of in-store products, including sausage and hamburger patties.
- Clean and perform proper maintenance on equipment, including monitoring case temperatures.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and association policies.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with the public.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- A positive, professional attitude and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
- Students currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.
