Student Deli Clerk

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid student position based in Melfort, Saskatchewan. The role involves maintaining high standards for product display and customer service within the deli department.

What you'll do#

• Provide courteous service to all customers.
• Prepare, wrap, price, and stock products as assigned.
• Maintain and display meat products according to established standards.
• Assist in the preparation of in-store products, including sausage and hamburger patties.
• Clean and perform proper maintenance on equipment, including monitoring case temperatures.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and association policies.

What you'll need#

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with the public.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• A positive, professional attitude and reliability for all scheduled shifts.
• Students currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.
