About the role#
We are hiring a Student Deli Clerk to join our team in Melfort. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling start date. We welcome students from various fields, including Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, and Civil Engineering.
What you'll do#
You will help keep our deli operations running smoothly. Your daily tasks include:
- Providing courteous service to every customer.
- Preparing, wrapping, pricing, and stocking products.
- Maintaining meat displays according to our standards.
- Cleaning and performing basic maintenance on deli equipment.
- Monitoring case temperatures.
- Assisting with the production of items like sausage and hamburger patties.
- Following all safety and sanitation policies.
What you'll need#
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with the public.
- A professional approach and a dependable attitude toward your scheduled shifts.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
