About the role#
Discovery Co-operative is hiring a Part-Time Student Gas Bar Attendant I for the Carlton Trail Gas Bar in North Battleford. This is a part-time position for students looking to gain experience in customer service.
What you'll do#
- Provide pump island assistance to guests.
- Handle cashiering duties and daily cash-ups.
- Open and close the location.
- Provide information and assistance to guests.
- Assist with ordering and receiving inventory for the confectionary and tobacco sections.
- Perform daily reconciliations to ensure inventory standards.
- Complete other assigned tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- You must be under age 18 and currently attending high school.
- If you are 14 or 15, you must have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate.
- You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
- You are honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- You enjoy building relationships and working with a team to solve problems.
