About the role#
We are looking for an Ag Solutions Summer Student to join our team in Broderick, Saskatchewan for the 2027 season. This position offers hands-on experience working directly with local producers and our internal team. You will gain practical exposure to agronomy and daily operations during the spring and summer months.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with our agronomist and sales team to learn about crop planning, fertility, troubleshooting, and crop protection.
- Build professional confidence by working with customers and producers.
- Handle general inquiries, process transactions, and provide daily operational support.
- Support field trials to gain real-world experience in crop production.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrolment in a post-secondary program related to Agronomy, Ag Business, Plant Science, or Soil Science.
- A willingness to learn and get involved in all aspects of the role.
- Strong personal integrity and a results-oriented mindset.
- A commitment to building relationships and collaborating with others.
- Previous agriculture experience is an asset.
