About the role#
The SAP iXp Internship Experience Program provides students with hands-on experience in a global, project-driven environment. You will work with the University Alliances North America team to support program operations, marketing, and communications. This is a full-time, paid position designed to help you build professional skills while contributing to meaningful projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the team on communications, marketing, operations, and project management tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of faculty workshops, the annual academic conference, and other key events.
- Assist in the implementation of the Campus Ambassador program in the Americas.
- Research the background and needs of prospective members and existing SAP programs.
- Perform post-event analysis to track results and progress toward key metrics.
- Assist the Regional Director in creating marketing assets, including promotional videos and event photography.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program.
- Progress toward a Bachelor of Science degree in business, marketing, communications, operations, economics, information sciences, or international business.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
- Ability to take initiative and stay curious while working on innovative projects.
Location & details#
- Location: Newport Beach, California.
- Work Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Term: September 2026 through September 2027.
