About the role#
As part of the Human Security Risk and Compliance (HSRC) team, this internship provides an opportunity to support SAP’s security compliance initiatives. You will contribute to the management of human risk through awareness and compliance programs. This is a paid, full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the compliance workstream.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to track audit findings and customer escalations.
- Report on project health, identify potential risks, and help mitigate impediments.
- Provide project management support for ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects.
- Support the tracking and management of audit findings and risks.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to monitor remediation activities and follow-up on open actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program.
- Proficiency in MS Office and JIRA for project management and reporting.
- Experience in project management, including tracking progress, meeting milestones, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented and self-driven working style.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones.
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and adjust to varying time zones as needed.
- A can-do attitude with a strong focus on detail, positivity, and self-motivation.
