About the role#
This internship offers radiology technologist students hands-on experience within a clinical setting. Interns contribute to daily operations and processes while working alongside a technologist. This position is designed to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily radiology operations.
- Follow instructions and procedures provided by leadership staff.
- Engage in hands-on radiology tasks under the guidance of a technologist.
- Gain practical experience in a professional health care environment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited radiology program.
- Completion of curriculum through the sophomore level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment.
- Strong human relations and communication skills.
