About the role#
The Strategic Research & Insights team is looking for a Market Research Intern to help our Community, Communications, and Marketing department. You will work with experienced researchers on custom projects that inform business decisions and help us understand our customers and communities. This role offers hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods in a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative market research projects.
- Support the collection, organization, and analysis of research data.
- Help with research planning, questionnaire development, data collection, and results reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to support projects and deliver insights.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Tempe, Arizona.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for telework up to three days per week.
- Interns work between 15 and 40 hours per week.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
