About the role#
SageSure is hiring a Learning & Culture Intern to join our People Team. This role focuses on how our employees work, connect, and understand company priorities in a distributed organization. You will work with People Team leaders, IT, Facilities, and Communications to analyze data, evaluate trends, and support internal messaging. This position is based in our Jersey City office and reports to the Director of Learning & Culture.
What you'll do#
- Assist with strategic projects that enhance distributed work, culture-building, and employee experience.
- Draft, edit, and organize internal communications including emails, intranet posts, and manager toolkits.
- Support communication planning by building message calendars, audience maps, FAQs, and talking points.
- Translate survey findings and leadership priorities into clear, employee-centered communications.
- Partner with People, IT, and Facilities teams to analyze data on workplace utilization and employee engagement.
- Leverage AI tools to analyze workforce data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
- Support the development of dashboards, surveys, and reports to measure workplace effectiveness.
- Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership to inform workplace design and culture strategy.
- Contribute to process improvements that help teams collaborate effectively.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on office usage and hybrid work patterns.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework in AI, such as applied AI, machine learning, natural language processing, or workplace analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Intermediate Excel skills. Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Domo, survey platforms, or statistical tools is a plus.
- Experience drafting or editing communications for student, campus, nonprofit, or workplace audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to tone, grammar, and brand voice.
- Ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences, including employees, managers, and senior leaders.
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and workplace experience.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Jersey City, New Jersey.
- We are hiring for a rolling term.
