About the role#
RSM US LLP is hiring an International Tax Global Employer Services Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This role supports our International Tax Business practice, which provides advisory and compliance services to multinational businesses. You will work with teams to address the impact of US and foreign tax laws on entity structures, operations, and transactions.
What you'll do#
- Assist the team in delivering integrated tax solutions for outbound and inbound structuring.
- Research and complete tax planning projects.
- Develop an understanding of transfer pricing, worldwide tax minimization, and accounting for income taxes.
- Support IFRS to GAAP convergence and foreign assignment planning.
- Build cross-border tax strategies for global businesses.
- Demonstrate knowledge of foreign tax credits.
What you'll need#
- You must have completed at least 90 credit hours toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
Location & details#
- This internship is based in Irvine, California.
- The position is on-site and part-time.
- Compensation is $36 to $43 per hour.
