About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting. You will work on real deals and interact with firm partners. You will perform duties similar to a first-year associate accountant while learning how accounting principles apply to client work.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tax due diligence and M&A advisory engagements.
- Support client projects by analyzing tax documents.
- Assist with drafting reports.
- Perform technical research.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Pre-Law, or Statistics.
- Minimum of junior year class standing.
- Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in tax.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- A prior tax or finance internship is preferred.
