About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting. You will apply accounting theories and principles while performing the duties of a first-year associate accountant. This is a paid, full-time position located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience in the audit profession.
- Participate in orientation, technical training, and development programs.
- Complete on-the-job training through meaningful work engagements.
- Learn from Associates, Seniors, Managers, and Partners.
- Work directly with a variety of clients, ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations.
What you'll need#
- Working towards an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business or Accounting.
- On track for CPA eligibility upon graduation.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
