About the role#
Royal Electric Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern for our Dallas office for the summer of 2027. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience within our manufacturing team. You will support our engineering services and assist in the production of high-quality products for our field operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide engineering services support and help solve technical problems.
- Produce engineering drawings and create 3D models for product documentation.
- Participate in process improvement planning.
- Build and maintain a library of resources and systems.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure production requirements are met.
- Comply with all shop safety regulations.
- Assist with the quality audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with 3D modeling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Strong follow-up skills.
