About the role#
The Validation and Verification team ensures our products meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role integrates with various engineering teams to develop verified solutions. You will contribute to projects that support our operations and our customers.
What you'll do#
- Explore new system engineering practices within the company.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and understand new engineering products and services.
- Work on a variety of projects that support Rolls-Royce and our customers.
- Ensure sufficient oversight for products to meet all necessary requirements.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- An open-minded, curious, and agile approach to work.
- A strong passion for the future of technology.
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations if needed.
- Exposure to Systems Engineering principles, system development, and system or sub-system testing is preferred.
- Experience presenting in design reviews or analyzing test data is preferred.

- Term: Summer 2027 (12 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $36.00 per hour.
