About the role#
Roc Nation is seeking an Artist Management Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role provides direct experience in talent management, operations, and administration. You will work closely with high-profile individuals, requiring a strong sense of professionalism, confidentiality, and an understanding of personal boundaries.
What you'll do#
- Manage the day-to-day schedules for artists.
- Prioritize deliverables and track project timelines and deadlines.
- Handle email accounts for clients and the management team by vetting and fielding inquiries.
- Organize and maintain artist calendars, including meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time college student pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree, or status as a recent graduate.
- Ability to work on-site at our Los Angeles office for the duration of the Fall semester.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite, and Keynote.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, manage strict deadlines, and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Reliability when handling sensitive information.
- Candidates pursuing degrees in Marketing, Communications, or Music/Entertainment/Sports are preferred.
- Must possess work authorization that does not require sponsorship.

- Compensation: $20.25 per hour.
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 30 hours per week.
