About the role#
The touring department at CMN is looking for an intern to provide direct administrative and operational support to the team. You will help manage tour logistics, track sales data, and ensure that promotional materials are accurate. This role is a full-time, paid position based in Chicago.
What you'll do#
- Review artwork and media spots to ensure accuracy before they go live.
- Generate daily ticket sale reports and sales reports for recently announced tours.
- Manage the departmental calendar and organize BlueBooks.
- Distribute media artwork assets for campaigns and request new graphics when needed.
- Request avails from venues and create tour routings.
- Assist the touring team with daily administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for communications, media, advertisement, or a related field.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish.
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A basic understanding of budgeting and advertisement.
- Knowledge of the music industry and current music trends.
- A critical, detail-oriented approach to research and conceptual tasks.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Compensation: $17.67 per hour.
