About the role#
As a Data & Analytics Consultant Intern, you will join our team for a 10-week summer program. You will work alongside experienced consultants on client projects, participate in a group project, and gain exposure to our AI-native delivery methodology. This role is a full-time, paid position designed for students to contribute to meaningful work while developing professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and move work forward.
- Engage with clients by asking questions, synthesizing feedback, and presenting findings.
- Identify, gather, and prepare data using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted tools.
- Apply statistical techniques to uncover trends and patterns.
- Build data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Document business requirements and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in testing activities, validate results, and ensure solution quality.
- Use AI copilots and prompting techniques to accelerate research and analysis.
- Communicate status, risks, and insights clearly with teammates and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- You have a foundational understanding of relational databases, SQL queries, data structures, and statistical concepts.
- You have experience with Python or R, data visualization tools, and spreadsheets.
- You have exposure to ETL/ELT concepts, data modeling basics, and version control systems like Git.
- You possess strong organization, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- You can work independently and within diverse teams in a deadline-driven environment.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This internship takes place in Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Chicago, Illinois.
- You must live in the Chicago area during the internship.
- This is a hybrid position with an expectation of at least 3 days in the office per week.
