About the role#
Summer Analysts join a team of senior consultants to support our global client base. You will work alongside peer analysts, associates, and senior staff as a fully integrated member of project teams. We provide direct input into client deliverables and briefings. The program includes a weeklong training session covering Excel, PowerPoint, research methods, consulting tradecraft, and industry knowledge. You will also be paired with a mentor for individual guidance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct primary and secondary source research.
- Build market and financial models.
- Create client presentations and deliverables.
- Contribute to ongoing client projects.
- Participate in the development of internal firm intellectual property.
- Lead an independent market analysis and present your findings to senior management.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or other STEM fields with an expected graduation in 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in the aerospace, defense, space, government services, or emerging technology sectors.
- Prior experience with a consulting firm, investment bank, private equity, or venture capital firm is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in complex quantitative analysis.
- Proven ability to write for business and interact face-to-face with clients.
- Curiosity, energy, and the ability to work in team environments.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Submission of a CV or resume, cover letter, and unofficial university transcript.
