About the role#
As an Internal Strategy Summer Associate, you will join the team responsible for setting the long-term direction of the firm. You will work on projects focused on growth, risk, and operations. This role involves supporting Audit and Assurance, Tax, and Consulting Services, as well as cross-functional initiatives. You will work directly with senior leaders on high-priority projects that influence the organization.
What you'll do#
- Research and build analytical frameworks to address complex business problems.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market sizing and competitive research.
- Create executive-level presentations and reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop professional relationships.
- Assist with special projects that require strategic thinking and detailed execution.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an MBA or equivalent program at an accredited university with an expected graduation date by Summer 2028.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Superior technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong critical thinking, research, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to synthesize large sets of information into clear insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including diplomacy and maturity.
- A solid history of personal achievement.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site internship based in New York, New York.
- You must be available to work full-time for 8 to 10 weeks between June and August 2027.
- You must reside within a 100-mile radius of the office by the start date.
- Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
- This position is paid at a rate of $3,365 per week.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
