About the role#
Two Roads Consulting is hiring an MBA intern for a 10-12 week summer program in Dallas. This full-time internship is a paid position. You will work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between remote work, our internal offices, and client sites in the DFW area.
What you'll do#
- Join an active client engagement team.
- Work on a small team with direct exposure to firm leadership.
- Support an internal firm initiative.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship with company leaders.
- Attend company and client outings, happy hours, and community service events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration program.
- A strong desire to work in consulting.
- Ability to connect information across teams, functions, and departments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A self-starter mindset and the initiative to learn independently.
- Previous consulting or technology experience is helpful but not required.
