What you'll do#
- Mobilize support-based missionaries for ministry work.
- Provide resources to help staff secure financial and prayer support.
- Assist candidates through the assessment process for ministry roles.
- Guide applicants through each stage of the hiring process.
- Facilitate onboarding for new staff members.
What you'll need#
- Demonstrated readiness for a ministry role.
- Emotional and character-based maturity suitable for ministry.
- Completion of an interview with local church leadership.
- Participation in the Reliant application review process.
- Ability to complete training requirements and HR paperwork.
