About the role#
Reingold, Inc. is a marketing and creative firm based in Alexandria, Virginia. We are looking for a graphic design intern to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on live client projects that support government, nonprofit, and business organizations. This is a full-time, paid internship running from January 7, 2027, through May 28, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create assets for marketing and communications campaigns.
- Develop brand identities and visual systems.
- Build templates and presentation decks.
- Support video production and motion graphics.
- Use illustration or custom visual styles to add a human touch to projects.
- Participate in creative workflows that involve AI tools.
What you'll need#
- An associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or communications.
- Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to take feedback well.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and pride in your output.
- Curiosity about the future of design and interest in AI-assisted creative platforms like Claude.
- Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, or motion design basics are considered a plus.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site at our office in Alexandria, Virginia.
- You will be expected to work in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.
