About the role#
We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join our team for Summer 2027. You will work alongside our marketing, creative, and sales professionals to produce visual assets for both internal and external use. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Shakopee, Minnesota.
What you'll do#
- Design and produce marketing materials for digital and print channels.
- Create assets like social media graphics, presentations, event materials, and email graphics.
- Develop internal materials such as sales tools and employee communications.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams on various campaigns.
- Organize design files and project libraries to keep workflows efficient.
- Prepare files for production while adhering to brand standards.
- Join brainstorming sessions and share your ideas.
- Learn industry best practices through hands-on projects and mentorship.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of file management and asset organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showing your design work, course projects, or other creative experience.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
