About the role#
Reingold, Inc. is seeking a full-time intern to join the People & Experience team in Alexandria, Virginia. This role offers a look at how the firm functions and provides an opportunity to build practical skills in a professional environment. The internship is a paid position requiring a full-time, 40-hour workweek schedule.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the People & Experience team, including recruitment coordination and data entry.
- Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with special projects, such as updating employee handbook policies and researching industry best practices or compliance requirements.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and community events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build communications plans and distribute firmwide updates.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure the timely execution of employment processes.
- Contribute ideas and perspectives to support team effectiveness.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree.
- An interest in the holistic employee experience and engagement throughout the employment lifecycle.
- A service-oriented approach and a positive attitude.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for creating content for diverse audiences.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational, planning, and follow-through skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership, or Business, as well as previous internship experience in Human Resources or employee engagement.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Alexandria, Virginia, for five days a week.
- The internship runs from January 7, 2027, through May 28, 2027.
