About the role#
Reingold, Inc. is seeking a Project Management Office Analyst Intern to join our team in Alexandria. This full-time internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experts on communications campaigns that support various sectors including government, health care, and the military. The program runs from June 4, 2026, through November 20, 2026.
What you'll do#
- Research, catalogue, and validate project expenses.
- Assist the project team with travel regulations and policies.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures.
- Ensure quality control for deliverables.
- Collaborate on process improvements across workstream teams and departments.
- Assist with various financial project management tasks.
- Develop financial management tools.
- Support project reporting efforts.
What you'll need#
- Completed Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience or a Master's degree.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphs.
- Ability to prioritize and complete work independently and efficiently.
- Critical thinking and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Understanding of federal travel regulations (FTRs) and per diem.
- Bonus: Experience with Monday.com or reviewing invoices and receipts.
- Bonus: Interest in government contracting and compliance.
Location & details#
- Location: Alexandria, Virginia.
- Work Modality: On-site (Monday through Friday).
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) during core hours of 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET.
- Employment Status: Paid internship.
