About the role#
As a UX Design Intern at Nebo Agency, you will work directly with our team to build digital experiences for a variety of clients. This role focuses on human-centered design and provides hands-on experience in a professional agency setting. You will be fully integrated into our team, contributing to project success while developing your design skills.
What you'll do#
- Support the UX team in designing intuitive experiences for websites and digital products.
- Participate in creative and strategic workshops to define user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Build wireframes and prototypes to visualize concepts.
- Translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
- Join client meetings to observe how design work is presented and discussed.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in HCI, UX Design, Marketing, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or Computer Science.
- A portfolio that shows your approach to solving user problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute to team discussions.
- Proficiency in wireframing.
- Empathy for user needs and a focus on human-centered design.
- Self-motivation and the ability to adapt to project needs.
- Preferred experience includes Figma, 3D interaction design, and accessibility practices.
- Familiarity with UserTesting.com, A/B testing platforms like VWO or Optimizely, and collaboration with UI and development teams is a plus.
