Email Marketing Intern

About the role#

As an Email Marketing Intern at Nebo Agency, you will work directly with the email team to develop and implement strategic campaigns. This role involves participating in the full lifecycle of email marketing, from initial strategy and calendar planning to campaign deployment and performance analysis. You will gain hands-on experience with one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate on the email marketing calendar to organize campaigns and communications.
• Assist in creating monthly client reports by utilizing web analytics tools and providing personal insights.
• Manage email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and tagging.
• Perform quality assurance (Q/A) for all outgoing campaigns.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies alongside the team.

What you'll need#

• A background in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, either through college coursework or professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• A positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
• Understanding of email marketing practices and basic HTML skills are considered a plus.
