About the role#
Regeneron is hiring multiple co-ops for the Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development team in 2027. This group develops the manufacturing processes used to scale up and produce medicines. You will work on-site in Tarrytown, New York, to support operational efficiency and project management within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support technology transfer projects between development and manufacturing teams.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across process development.
- Build reporting and data-visualization tools to track project status.
- Coordinate with upstream, downstream, and analytical teams to gather project information.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Prepare presentations and updates for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support project planning and timeline tracking.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization on operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- You must be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position.
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for one of the following terms: January-August, May/June-December, or August-December.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or previous work is preferred.

- Modality: This position is full-time and on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate range of $17.90 to $50.90, determined by your level of education and degree program.
