About the role#
Regeneron is seeking Co-ops to join the Regeneron Cell Medicines team. This unit focuses on developing T-cell therapies for cancer. You will work within a science-driven organization and contribute to projects that support the development of cell therapies.
What you'll do#
- Support in vitro safety and efficacy testing of cell therapy candidates.
- Develop tumor antigen expression and flow cytometry methods.
- Contribute to viral-vector production and process development for cell engineering.
- Support high-throughput protein production activities.
- Contribute to analytical method development for Good Manufacturing Practice manufacturing.
- Support digital-transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations.
- Document experimental procedures and results.
- Collaborate with scientists across the cell therapy team.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Ability to return to school the semester following the position or graduate after the position.
- Commitment to 40 hours per week.
- Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community work is preferred.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.

- Locations: Cambridge, Massachusetts and Seattle, Washington.
- Modality: This position is full-time and on-site.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with an hourly rate range of $17.90 to $50.90, depending on education level and degree program.
