About the role#
Regal Rexnord offers a 12-week summer internship for students interested in finance and accounting. You will work within one of our finance teams, such as Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Internal Audit, or Treasury. This program provides real-world experience and exposure to senior leadership, including the Chief Accounting Officer and various Segment CFOs. Successful participants may be considered for a full-time, 2-year rotational program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Prepare monthly journal entries and review the general ledger for accuracy.
- Assist with the creation of monthly forecasts and deliverables for senior leadership.
- Participate in balance sheet reviews and internal audits across the organization.
- Help prepare financial statements, footnotes, and schedules for Form 10-Q filings and earnings releases.
- Learn to use financial systems including OneStream, Blackline, Audit Board, G-Treasury, and various ERP platforms.
- Complete both individual and group projects, presenting your findings to senior finance leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Experience working on team-based projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The program runs from May 18, 2026, to August 7, 2026.
- This role is remote, with flexibility based on business needs.
- The primary office location is Rosemont, Illinois.
