About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team at the Milwaukee headquarters to gain hands-on experience with management systems, reporting, and corporate compliance. The program runs from June 2, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, and audit data to report on EHS initiatives, trends, and risks.
- Develop and update EHS training materials.
- Manage documents and content updates through SharePoint administration.
- Review and maintain corporate policies and compliance documentation with EHS professionals.
- Support the VelocityEHS information management system through configuration, data validation, and user support.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics to help track EHS performance.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2030.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively within a team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. You will work onsite at least 3 days per week (Monday through Thursday) with the option to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.
- Compensation: $18 - $24 per hour.
