About the role#
Join the Hybrid-Electric Propulsion (HEP) team to support the development of new propulsion technology. This team focuses on improving aircraft efficiency to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. You will work on a central component of future propulsion systems, contributing directly to the mission of achieving the first flight.
What you'll do#
Your daily tasks vary, requiring you to manage multiple sub-projects simultaneously. You will communicate with various groups and assist team members to advance project goals. Responsibilities include:
- Support and supervise the installation of electrical powerplants, including batteries, energy distribution, and motors, within the test cell.
- Create test procedures for electrical powerplants.
- Document test results and manage problem reports.
- Manage verification procedures using requirements management tools.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship period.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Longueuil.
- Good communication skills in both French and English, including the ability to read technical plans and documentation in English.
- Background in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday.
