About the role#
This internship focuses on the optimization of tooling process management within our supply chain technical team. You will support departmental activities and projects aimed at increasing overall efficiency and productivity. This role requires a professional who can work independently while applying knowledge across various functional areas.
What you'll do#
- Develop standard operating procedures to facilitate online training for the group.
- Create and maintain a standard Excel tool to track project progress and monitor departmental business results, including KPIs.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various groups to resolve issues and find solutions.
- Participate in integrated team meetings to ensure projects remain on track.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship duration.
- Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to read and understand specialized technical instructions, plans, and drawings in English.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to work on-site.
- Successful completion of background checks and authorization processes for handling controlled goods.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
