About the role#
This internship offers the chance to join the Digital Technology organization at Raytheon Technologies. You will work alongside engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to address technical challenges. This position is for the Summer 2027 term and is a full-time, paid opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Support and improve digital tools, systems, and engineering workflows.
- Develop or enhance software, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
- Assist with system administration, infrastructure operations, and high-performance computing environments.
- Drive automation and process optimization across digital initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture, data analysis, and integration work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure technology solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Information Systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or other programming languages.
- U.S. citizenship is required to access project information.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
