About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Mississauga, Ontario, from January 5th to April 23rd, 2027. This role requires you to be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the duration of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for compressor components and assemblies.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure designs meet all specifications and requirements.
- Revise and modify designs based on technical feedback.
- Support the development of documentation, including technical drawings and bills of materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a diploma or degree program for Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CATIA software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: On-site, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: 22.20 CAD to 32.60 CAD per hour.
- Note: Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and obtaining required clearances for handling controlled goods.
