About the role#
Ragle Inc is hiring a Field Engineer Intern for our Heavy Highway Division in West Texas for the summer of 2027. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship. You will work 50 hours per week on active construction projects. We provide weekly pay of $1,250 and housing for the duration of the internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
- Help prepare and review change orders.
- Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
- Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
- Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A goal-oriented and motivated mindset with a desire to learn.
- Some related experience through coursework or previous internships is helpful.

- Locations: Midland and Odessa, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027, beginning after Memorial Day.
