About the role#
As a Site Support Intern, you will assist our IT team with the maintenance and operation of systems. You will provide support to the team as they handle 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk calls. This role requires a focus on troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve incidents while maintaining clear communication.
What you'll do#
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage shipping and receiving of products.
- Organize storage areas.
- Handle E-waste tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with support tickets when time allows.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in an IT field or Computer Science.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Sussex, Wisconsin.
- Work modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
