About the role#
This is a twelve-week, full-time, paid internship based in Sussex, Wisconsin. You will work in an administrative capacity within departments such as Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Customer Experience, or Continuous Improvement. The program provides a view into our business model and includes opportunities to work on special projects.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations within your assigned department.
- Take on special projects to gain hands-on industry experience.
- Participate in summer Trainee events, including Speaker Series and Town Halls.
- Spend a day touring our production facilities to understand our manufacturing processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a 4-year degree program for Business, Communications, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Current status as a rising junior or senior.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work authorization without need for sponsorship.
- Ability to relocate to Wisconsin for the summer at your own expense.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
- Submission of both a resume and an unofficial transcript.
- Preferred experience includes previous work in business, customer service, marketing, printing, or sales.
- Preferred background includes leadership in campus activities, non-profit organizations, or general volunteer work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
