About the role#
As a Learning and Development Programs Administrator Intern, you will help organize and run one of our flagship programs. This role involves managing the logistics and processes that support our training and orientation initiatives. You will work across internal teams and coordinate with external vendors to keep our programs running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- Manage enrollment for our flagship training and orientation program.
- Handle vendor research and management tasks.
- Assist with journey planning and logistics for program participants.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding branded supplies.
- Communicate with multiple internal parties to ensure process alignment.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, STEM, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for budgeting and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- US Citizenship.
- Current full-time enrollment in a partner institution or a Blackstone Launchpad affiliate school.
- Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, or facilities engineering is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Active involvement in community activities, athletics, or clubs.
