About the role#
The Development Capital Strategy intern will focus on data-driven research and report building related to capital spending for our project portfolios. You will work within a team environment to support the financial and operational planning required for our data center builds.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams on strategic capital initiatives.
- Support new development capital project requests and approvals during monthly senior executive committee meetings.
- Maintain and create cost projections for greenfield construction and incremental site builds.
- Assist with equipment procurement and delivery processes.
- Develop new processes and documentation to improve capital project management.
What you'll need#
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be a US Citizen.
